Ease

Privacy Policy

Effective August 25, 2026

1. What this policy covers

Ease is a product for structured speech self-practice. This policy describes how information is handled on this website and in the web preview available here.

2. Information stored in the preview

If you use the onboarding preview, your answers and current screen are saved in your browser’s session storage so progress can survive a refresh. The preview does not send those answers to an Ease account or database. You can remove them by closing the browser session or clearing this site’s data.

3. Simulated features

The sign-in, notification, tracking, and App Store purchase screens in the web preview are demonstrations. They do not create an account, charge a payment method, or request those device permissions. The web preview does not record audio.

4. Basic technical data

Like most websites, a hosting provider may process basic request data such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. This codebase currently includes no advertising or product-analytics client.

5. How information is used and shared

Technical data may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website, or to comply with law. It may be disclosed to service providers that operate the site, professional advisers, or when legally required. Ease does not sell answers entered into the preview.

6. Retention and security

Preview answers remain in browser session storage until the browser removes them or you clear site data. Hosting logs, if any, follow the host’s retention settings. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Adults only and your choices

Ease is designed for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information. You can clear preview data through your browser. Any production service will publish a privacy contact and explain applicable access, correction, and deletion rights before collecting account or speech data.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. A production privacy policy will identify the operator, hosting and account providers, retention periods, contact details, and any handling of optional audio before those features are released.
