Ease

Terms & Conditions

Effective August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Ease website or web preview, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Preview features

Some features shown on this website—including the interactive onboarding preview and its account, notification, purchase, and subscription screens—are demonstrations. They may change, and no purchase inside the web preview is real.

3. Not medical care

Ease provides general education and structured self-practice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure stuttering; provide medical advice; or replace care from a qualified speech-language pathologist or other clinician. Results are not guaranteed. If a speech change is new or sudden, seek advice from a qualified clinician. Seek emergency help for urgent symptoms.

4. Permitted use

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the site and web preview for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape or copy it at scale, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to harm others.

5. Your input

You are responsible for information you enter and must have the right to provide it. Preview answers are used only to personalize the experience in your browser. Do not enter another person’s confidential information.

6. Intellectual property

Ease, its software, design, copy, graphics, and brand assets belong to the Ease project or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Third-party services

The website may link to services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

8. Availability and changes

The web preview may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available, complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and web preview are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Ease project and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the site or preview. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Paid and account-based features

A production service will publish the responsible legal entity, support contact, subscription rules, governing law, venue, consumer-law terms, and any monetary liability cap for paid or account-based features.
